Returns, Cancellations & Refund

Online Orders Return & Refund (UAE) :

  • Return & Refund Policies

    • 1. Returns will be accepted within 7 days from the date of receipt in saleable condition ( original Packaging ). You have to provide our staff with the original receipt. All returns will be processed within 7-10 days Please contact us before you bring your returns.

      2. The following Items are NOT Returnable:
      　o CDs, DVDs, handmade items and audio visuals 
      　o Dated items (calendar, diaries)
      　o Figurines, stationery & Collectible items

      3. Refund will be processed once we receive the returned items, hence the refunded amount will be credited back to the Payment card used for the online purchase. The refund will take approximately 7 days.

    • Refunds will be processed through bank transfer only & may take 2-14 days approximately

  • Defective Item

    • If you find the item you bought is defective, please contact us by e-mail so that we can arrange an exchange/refund of the item .

Order Cancellation Policy

To ensure smooth order processing and timely fulfillment, please review our order cancellation policy below:

If we require additional information from you to complete or confirm your order (including but not limited to address verification, customization details, or payment clarification), we will attempt to contact you using the details provided at checkout.

If we do not receive a response within 15 calendar days from the date of our first contact attempt, the order will be automatically cancelled.

Once an order is cancelled due to non-response:

  1. The order will no longer be fulfilled.
  2. Any applicable refunds will be processed according to our refund policy.
  3. We are not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incomplete or inaccurate contact information provided by the customer.

We encourage customers to ensure their contact details are accurate and to respond promptly to any order-related communication to avoid cancellation.

  • No return / refund for overseas orders once shipped outside the UAE.
